Lead The Way: Become a Dublin Champion

Frontline staff play a vital role in shaping unforgettable visitor experiences, not just for a business but for the tourism industry as a whole.
Fáilte Ireland has developed a new Dublin Champions Programme to help enhance customer service skills and build local product knowledge. The programme combines their Local Experts and Service Excellence programmes, with specialised training in accessible tourism.
Frontline professionals including taxi companies, pubs, restaurants, accommodation businesses, social enterprises, festivals, community volunteers – and anyone who engages with visitors – are invited to register for one of their free Champions Programme workshops, which run from 10am to 1pm.
