- Budget Surplus and Infrastructure Investment – including public transport, water infrastructure, positive energy districts
- Online Sales Tax and Permanent Reduction of VAT
- Housing – Living Over The Shop scheme, office conversions
- Investment in Dublin City Centre – increase Garda numbers
