Businesses have asked how they can avail of the SEAI Energy Audits without having to spend additional money or time to organise it.
For those not aware, an energy audit is a professional evaluation for the purpose of identifying areas of waste that offers opportunities for improvements and savings.
At the recent SEAI Energy Show, we spoke to various operators in the space to look for a solution.
Celtic Dynamics is an energy and technical engineering consultation and services company that specialise in the development of energy solutions and carry out engineering projects in industrial, commercial, and residential spaces.
This free Energy Audit is available to any business with less than 250 employees and less than €50 million turnover, with an annual energy spend of €10,000 or greater. Celtic Dynamics uses the SEAI Voucher Scheme to complete the energy audit.
There is no cost to the business and Celtic Dynamics assist in filling the application form.
The following information will be required by the business:
- Site Name
- Contact Person
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- Site Address including Eircode
- Tax Reference Number (VAT ID)
- Company Registration Number
- MPRN Number (located at the top right-hand corner of electricity bill)
- 12 months of energy bills
The Energy Audit is carried out in three simple steps:
- Onsite assessment (will normally take about 45 min to an hour to complete)
- Energy consumption breakdown
- Tailored energy solutions
