‘All Right, All Night’ – Night-Time Economy Safety Initiative for Young People

Council & Government updatesOctober 08, 2024

The ‘All Right, All Night’ Bystander Intervention campaign aims to drive awareness of new training supports to educate and support young people to stand up, speak out and stay safe when socialising in the evening and at night.

This national campaign aims to ensure that social nights out are free from intimidation, violence and fear for all – especially for young and vulnerable people,

Empowered with the right knowledge and skills, the key message is to only make an intervention if it is safe to do so. Participants learn how to assess a situation in order to identify the best intervention skills to utilise in that situation to ensure a safe outcome for everyone.

This initiative is in support of the recommendation arising from the Night-Time Economy Youth Forum and Action 34 from the Report of the Night-Time Economy Taskforce.
