International Eucharistic Congress 2012

The International Eucharistic Congress will be arriving in Dublin from June 10th – 17th 2012. The Congress takes place in the RDS with an open air Mass in Croke Park on the 17th attracting upwards of 40,000 pilgrims to the city. There will be various tours and walks visiting city centre churches and cathedrals including: St Ann’s Church, Dawson St., St. Mary’s Pro-Cathedral, Marlborough St., St John’s Lane Church, Thomas St., St. Michan’s, Smithfield and many more. The Congress would be keen to partner with businesses in providing food, beverage and accomodation for these pilgrims. Businesses adjacent to any of the above sites may benefit from this also and Dublin City BID will be happy to provide “welcome” branding/D-cals to any businesses that wish to have it.
